This makes 2-3 servings because itās much more creamy if you eat it after 5 hours vs storing it in the freezer and de-thawing. You can of course do that (thatās what I did in the video) but the consistently is better right when itās ready IMO!
Double it if you are feeding more at one time and make it dairy free by using a dairy free yogurt/milk. No matter how you make it, trust me YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE ITš«¶š»
Hereās what you need:
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup milk (dairy free or regular works)
1/4 cup monk fruit or stevia (or 1/3-1/2 cup granulated sugar)
Blend everything together in a food processor or blender and pour into a freezable container. Freeze for 5 hours and enjoy right away or freeze longer and let thaw on counter before enjoying!
