I totally agree. This is very synchronistic timing to come upon this video for me. Recently I intuitively realized that my old lifestyle was making me lose myself and causing me to be stagnant. When i chose to follow that intuition and dropped the old stagnant habits and replaced them with new positive ones i started to feel more myself, happier, healthier and more grounded in the present and growing every day. No longer escaping from reality I found myself. Here i Am!

I think I need to buy a proper camera rather than taking my phone . I love taking photos of flowers/ plants / bark on a tree / leaf π and carry my phone , I donβt listen to music / podcasts anymore. Been looking for a hobby - thanks for inspiration.

So true. Some days I don't even turn my phone on. When I do I usually switch it off around 7pm each night. I just don't get the obsession with phones.
