I recently hear this in a podcast and started reading more about, I thought this was very interesting.

Try this exercise to be accountable for your actions as a mom.

With time you will realize that there are less and less bracelets in your left arm!

You can even do this with the hole family and see who has less bracelets in the left hand at the end of the day. Imagine having a competition at home of who is nicer to each other? 😱
