It's a great way to end the night but honestly, you're not aware that you've done it. Just hold her close once you've both finished, and rest. If you've been going at it for a while there's a good chance you'll fall asleep, but there's very little chance that neither of you will have moved so little in the night that it won't have slipped out before you wake.
