Pay in low amounts yet still leave more satisfied than you would if you spent usual price. Thats gold

That has to be student friendly place, cause if I was a middle schooler or high schooler, that would be the one place I would go for breakfast, if it's close to the school though 😅

Japanese here.. unlike other YouTubers showing Japan, I LOVE how you used mosaic on other people!! That’s so respectful of you and this means you truly understand and respect Japanese today’s culture… thank you :)

This is what I like about Japan. The local chefs are passionate about their food. So no matter how much money they take, they always try to satisfy the customer. This is the kind of service I want everywhere. ❤

Don’t know why, but I can tolerate the onion flavor, but not the textures when cooked… 😅

when I studied in Japan, breakfast was 100Yen at my University. It included pretty much the same: Onsen egg, rice, natto, side dish, one protein dish (like fish) and free green tea. I loved it

I'm an airline pilot and I go to Japan often and I can say there is nothing better than 3:00 a.m. Sukiya...

When I first moved to Japan, there was a Sukiya down the street from my job's training center. I ate there for lunch and dinner almost every day. It will always be my go-to nostalgia spot here

Sukiya will always be my go-to restau whenever in Japan. Loved their breakfast set and most of the stores are open 24hours, so after a long day of exploring you can always count on sukiya to be open and accomodate your hungry tummy 😂

My best friend in middle school was half Japanese. Her mama always made us "eggy rice" as a snack. It was hot rice with a raw egg and a little splash of soy sauce, mixed up quickly. Still one of my favorite snacks!

The rice tasting better with eggs actually makes a lot of sense though 🤤
