We WENT to a (new) Renaissance Faire!
Will you be attending any faires or cons this year?
The @pgbcne hosted the first ever Renaissance faire in Prince George so I knew I had to go check it out! That meant putting together an outfit, of course!
To my “tickle rack” it was! I have this purple flower vest that was actually used for the wedding party when my Mom and Dad got married (and it fits me like it was made for me) and I had been waiting for a chance to use it! I paired it with a frilly undershirt and several frilly skirts, a handful of accessories from other costumes and the costume was complete!
It was a smaller faire than the one I’d been to in Washington, but for the first ever, it had a decent food selection, a nice sized vendor market, and even some LARP groups doing demonstrations which was awesome! The best part was seeing everyone in their costumes 🥳💃
