See, most airline loyalty programs are such, that even if you fly regularly, either the points are too less to matter, or they expire before you can use them. So most people have just stopped caring.

But, IndiGo decided to do something very smart with their IndiGo BluChip Loyalty Program.

When you enrol in the IndiGo BluChip program through their website goIndiGo.in or app, you don't just earn IndiGo BluChips when you fly, but also when you order food, groceries, book hotels, or use IndiGo Co-Branded Credit Cards for your regular shopping.

And here's where it gets really interesting.

You're not actively trying to earn all the time but they just keep accumulating in the background while you are living your normal life.

And then, a few months later, when you actually need to book a flight, you suddenly realise that you have enough IndiGo BluChips for a meaningful benefit on your trip.

Clearly, it's easy to earn and easy to burn with no expiry.

And that's brilliant because they get your loyalty without trying too hard. And you as a customer also earn without trying too hard too!
