Beda di bentuknya : kalau eclair memanjang kalau cream puff dicetak bundar sajaa
Beda di teksturnya: kalau eclair lebih tebal tekstur chouxnya tidak "secair" cream puff jadi saat dipanggang eclair masih punya tekstur yang menyesuaikan dengan spuit.
