Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of butter and mash it with a masher to soften it up. Add sugar (acc to taste )in it (4 teaspoon here). Mix nicely. Now add 2 banana and mash it. Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and half cup coffee coffee decoction and mix all. Take nut chocolate and add few pieces of it. Now sift in 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and pinch of salt. Mix all and keep it in freezer for 20 minutes. (Now I was not having baking sheet so used a seive dish here. π). For baking heat up some salt in a wok and place a stand and put the tray on it and cook for 30 - 45 minutes. And your tasty soft chewy banana coco cookies are ready.
