I had a homie named frank who lived on my kitchen window . He always got the stray fly or mosquito that flew inside. One day I was cleaning the window and accidentally sprayed him with window cleaner.

Respectfully and as a person who adores spiders and finds even the ugliest to be cute, the only spiders people can agree on being at least tolerable are jumping spiders. They're small, fluffy, with big cartoony eyes, what's not to love??

Almost all life consists of relatively complex nervous systems, or analogs of it. I don't see why other animals would not be able to dream like us.
I feel like we always dumb down other animals, as if they cannot experience emotions, dreams, awareness, and so on like us.
