My husband was hurt and needed surgery and had to go to a different city to get it .... I was very upset as it was about my husband being hurt and NEEDING surgery we had 2 small children I had to go with my husband as when released from hospital had to take care of him at the hotel.... went to my supervisor in tears explaining the situation and shebshrugged her shoulders at me saying oh wrll they already made the schedule sorry.....I was already crying rrying to explain I had to make arrangements for someone to watch my children etc.... she still shrugged... I LOOKED RIGHT AY HER AND SAID...... THEN I QUIT ... ANDBI WALKED OUT ... they begged me to come back for 2 years after I quit AND I WOULD NOT RETURN .. . will not work for a company that would behave the way they did...no compassion whatsoever

😂exactly! Mÿ job of 15 yrs as a nurse didn't want to let me off for a 3 day vacay because another nurse was off the same time (she was day and I worked nights). Ok I work wknd EVERY wknd, sacrificing my family time and 1 wknd you won't give me. OK, I went from full time to PRN, banked all of my PTO and took enjoyed all of my vacay days. When she text me begging, uh, no not gonna be available Booh, sorry!
