Because all six of these habits I’m about to share are things that every single person can & should be doing to lose fat and stay healthy right now.
Making fitness a priority is tough — especially with what’s going on...
But even if you’re able to adopt just a few of these habits each day, you’re going to be in a much better position once things return back to normal.
Habit #1 - Exercise on a Regular Basis
I’m not just talking about working out.
It could be yoga, going for walks, taking the stairs, parking further away from the grocery store.
It could take you 1-2 hours a day or 5 mins.
What matters is that you make a habit of moving your body in some way every single day
Habit #2 - Stay Aware of Your Body Stats
Because data doesn’t lie.
If you’re trying to lose fat, the more data you have, the better.
But even if you’re just trying to maintain a healthy body — it’s still important to keep track of your weight, measurements, pictures, and workouts.
Don’t obsess. Just be aware of it.
Habit #3 - Eat Similar Foods at Similar Times
I’m all for flexibility and enjoying food
But every single meal doesn’t need to be a mouthgasm.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then most of your meals should be simple, and you should eat those simple meals at similar times every day.
Habit #4 - Learn How to Control Your Hunger
Some hunger is normal, especially if you're eating in a deficit.
But most of the hunger people experience daily is all mental 🧠 👈
For most people, overcoming & controlling hunger comes down to addressing their stress, emotions, environment, or bad habits head-on.
Habit #5 - Prioritize Your Workouts & Meals.
Cause if you don't, other people will swoop in and create priorities for you.
Your nutrition & workouts can’t be things you’ll “try to get to..."
They need to be nonnegotiables.
Habit #6 - Always Get Back on Track
It doesn't matter how far you think you flew off the wagon.
If you refuse to quit, you will succeed.
