Awesome, maybe a little more on the fingers and addressing what you can do and can’t do after you’re splinted and braced. Cause you’re probably still stuck a long walk from any help over rough terrain with or without anybody nearby. I used finger pinches and elbow holds to get down some knarly rocks in that situation. Speed was also important. Any long rest clears the adrenaline and that broken bone pain gets in your head making it hard to do anything for quite a while.

In some cases, I actually happened to break my left elbow joint and from experience my arm was straight for a while but after 1minute it started cramping up and then my arm locked up in excruciating pain then was the surgery.

I literally broke my arm 4 months ago and i was sooooo scared. From experience I can say you won't feel anything but pain at the break and numbness everywhere else.
To be fair my break was really big. It wasn't a small crack or anything. My entire humorous was split in half longways because my friend and I flipped a four-wheeler and it landed on my arm.
