If not a single person has fallen into this trap in 1400 years what are you scared of? We love him as one loves a parent, but even more than that because he dedicated his whole life to trying to save our souls. We never met him but you just have to read his biography and your eyes well up at what he endured and what he gave to the world.

It’s been 1400 years we haven’t fallen into the trap we don’t worship our prophet we follow his teachings and love him like the way you loves Jesus. We love all our prophets but since prophet Muhammad pbuh is the last and final prophet his teachings are studied more in details as a guidelines to live our lives.

Yes!!! As a revert I’m always amazed at the level of reverence for our Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) compared to the worship of Allah it seems too balanced like on the same level or even higher by many if not most the people I know. It just feels too much like the way Christian’s love Jesus. I love Jesus but subhanallah I never once prayed to him nor did I believe he is the son of God or God himself (Astaghfirullah). So my deep love has always felt a healthy love even now Alhamdulilah because I personally didn’t need to change anything even though my parents religions taught me he is the son or God himself, my heart never believed that. Had I believed I would of prayed to him like most of my family do. I think that the way that Muslims around me express more love for the prophet (pbuh) than Allah (swt) kept me from developing the strong love for him that I have for Jesus (pbuh). Or maybe it’s because I grew up learning about Jesus (pbuh) idk. I sometimes worry not having enough love for our Prophet but I’m trying hard to learn more about him, follow his sunnah. I agree I think it is a trap. But brother another thing I’ve noticed about most Muslims I know is that they claim to love Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) and do things like change their profile pictures to “do not disrespect Mohammad” but do not follow his sunnah. Alot of people falling asleep forgetting Allah Almighty can see inside our hearts it’s not enough to profess love we need to act on it. Btw congratulations on reverting, Allah hu Akbar!!! I know that feeling.. I saw your video where you seem to have realized the truth 🥹 happiness and sadness all at once. Why people must wonder? Happiness to know we’ve been chosen to find the truth Alhamdulilah and devastating sadness knowing most people we love will not likely believe. You’ll feel more sadness when you realize the state of the Ummah. But don’t let that discourage you brother remember that’s what shaytan wants, he attacks the people seeking Allah swt the most! Stay patient no matter what! The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A time of patience will come to people in which adhering to one’s religion is like grasping a hot coal.

I'll try to summarize this so fast.
1-We love prophets more than anyone else because they are sent as blessings and mercy to us, and we love the mercy of Allah.
2-We love Our God so we love who he Loves, just like simply if you love someone you will also loves his kids for example. and the prophets are the most loved ones, so we love them even more than our parents.
3- love doesn't mean we make him God coz we understand the difference and its clear cut in Islam the difference that everything comes by and from Allah alone, We only Give prophet Mohammad the level that has been given by Allah to him as guidance to us in his beloved prophet.
Also don't Worry there is a hadith that says there wont be any Shirk that going to happen in the Arabian Peninsula by Muslims anymore, and what we should fear is the division between us Muslims

Hmmmm, can you share examples of what you consider idolizing? Maybe that can clarify a lot for those of us who are confused by this statement. Extreme respect and love could be misunderstood as idolizing, but at the end of the day love and respect is love and respect, not idolatry. None of us pray to the prophet Muhammad, none of us ask him for help, but we cry, tears of joy and sadness When we study his life because he was just that perfect of a human being.

you know how it feels when you kinda owe so much to your parents (or whoever's had such a profound impact to your character) for bringing you up to be the person you are today... it's a tremendous feeling of adoration, love, gratitude. they taught and cared for you so much - not so much in "technical" knowledge (like what you learn in school) but more on knowledge that really built your character. well that's our beloved Prophet s.a.w, he was sent to perfect our character as mentioned in a hadith.... how would we know the simplest things like how to clean ourselves (e.g. wudu), how to treat others kindly etc - if it were not Prophet s.a.w who taught us Allah's message❤ and we love him because Allah loves him very much.

We don't idolize him. We were commanded to follow him because he details how to be the perfect human being in every aspect of your life. Idolizing him would be believing that you couldn't imitate him, but Islam teaches us that you absolutely can and should. He doesn't leave us with anything that is not possible to do as a human being. That's why is our EXAMPLE, not our IDOL.
