玉ねぎをしっかり炒めて、牛スジは一度茹でこぼしてから、柔らかくてなるまでしっかり煮込みます。
我が家で使ってるルーはハウス・ザ・カリーです。ブイヨンでトロトロになるまで煮込んで作ります。
冷水の鍋で冷やして冷蔵庫で一晩中休ませてから焼きカレーに使います。
グラタン皿にバター塗ってご飯を敷き、卵落としてカレーかけて、ピザチーズ乗せてオーブンで焼いて出来上がり！
時間が無い方はレトルトカレーでもよろしいかと思います。
