Sighted makeup artist here! With cream blush it’s really easy to get varying pigment levels on each cheek, and that will probably be your biggest struggle with this. I would recommend picking up a little product on your ring/middle fingers (one on each hand), rub them together so you’ve got an even amount of product on each, and tap them on your cheeks simultaneously. Then use your fluffy brush to blend out. I like to apply product higher on the cheeks, and blend down towards the apple, which might be opposite of how you apply powder. That reduces the risk of any harsh lines under your eyes. Also something to note - cream blush builds up on makeup brushes, and that can affect the pigmentation level of each application. So the more often you clean your brush, the more consistent you’ll be from day to day. Hope that helps! ❤

Blind or sighted, I think everyone does this when using a new liquid or cream blush! The pigment can be misleading (as you just learned lol). It looks stunning on you. It’s so soft and glowy and natural looking, and the placement is perfect. It pairs really nicely with the lip color you have on as well! It is cool-toned but it blends out to be a bit pinkier than it looks in the packaging. It will look nice with neutral shades or pink/red shades of eyeshadow and lip color 🩷 love these types of videos!!

Whatever you did on the second side, I think just cause the brush had less product was perfection!!! It looked so good you did a first swipe and it was just amazing. The first side just had too much product. You probably only need to dip in once or twice to pick up your product. Amazing first attempt, so stunning

As a makeup girlie, imma give you some tips! Each cream blush is different and not everyone will be as pigmented as this one, so with any cream product (blush, bronzer, highlighter etc) its best to use a small amount first because they can be extremely pigmented and intense if you pick up a lot like you did in this video and I would start with maybe 1 1/2 taps into the product. If you have a sighted person with you they can tell you if you need some more for it to show up but a good rule of thumb is less is more! Also those double ended brushes are usually for powder and cream and the denser ones are usually meant for cream and the fluffier ones are for powder but using the other end to blend it out is a great technique!

Molly I would recommend using your fingers and kind of tapping while doing circular motions with your arm for a smoother cream blush application that suits your needs. You'll be able to really FEEL it blending. Also, I would recommend using a warmer shade of brown for your brows because the one you're wearing in this videos is very cool toned and it clashes a lot with your warm brown hair and caramel highlights.

As your sighted bestie here - when l use a cream blush I use my fingers to put 3 or 4 dots on my face and I blend it out with a brush so I have more control on how much product I am applying. When using a brush you loss easier control on the amount of product you are applying. You were brave to go in with a brush into the product but did a great job!!!! 💕

Honestly turned out great. The boyfriend did a great job guiding you with the pigment amount.
