There's a post on Reddit about another major bug with this weapon. Essentially if you wear the greatshield or pearl shield talisman while wielding this weapon, a part of its AoW gets permanently activated and stacks with itself when you use the AoW. Normally, it heals 1% your max HP, but with the AoW, it noramlly heals 2%, but with the talisman bug going it heals: 1% (normal) + 1% (talisman bug) + 1% normal AoW bonus, for a total of 3% max HP back per hit (including against dying enemies or constructs like the ballista). It's worth noting that, while you're at full HP, any healing you WOULD receive from this weapon's special properties gets stored in the weapon and is ALL dumped into your HP bar the next time you use the AoW, with seemingly no limit on the amount of HP it can 'store'. Just don't hard swap it, or the stored HP is lost.
