About This Yoga Channel:
I’m Anne-Marie, a certified yoga teacher making yoga fun, safe, and doable for real people. My chair and mat classes focus on gentle alignment, playful movement, and stretching you can actually enjoy—so you can move, smile, and feel great every time.
I started this channel because, as a yoga teacher who also enjoys taking classes, I couldn’t find the kind of yoga I wanted—something fun, lighthearted, a little jazzy, and tailored for an aging body like my own. So I made my own version and called it That’s Life Yoga.
Here, yoga meets real life—messy, funny, imperfect, and wonderful. We move mindfully to music, stretch while shooting the breeze, and remember not to take ourselves too seriously. Show up late, leave early—it’s all okay. That’s life, and that’s the heart of this channel.
Every class is gentle, creative, and full of options—whether you prefer chair yoga, mat yoga, standing practice, or simple modifications. Yoga here is about moving in ways that feel good for your body, and leaving each session lighter, calmer, and happier.
