this made me 1 up to 2 inches taller after 6 months I ques and I don't feel any mid and lower back pains, I had a very bad posture because of office work and gaming. I notiched my hand and vinger strenght is stronger sinds i start hanging on the vinger timps not just hand palms, its very easy and you dont need to go for 2 hours in the gym

Hey man nice video! I’ve been having some trouble with my right shoulder and have been doing deadhangs as well as pull-ups and other pulling movements. I read one article on deadhangs and it said I should keep my elbows slightly bent as a completely free deadhang will aggravate my shoulder. Is this true? If so I may have found out why my shoulder is so aggravated. Thanks!

I have been doing it everyday for 3 months just hanging bout 30 seconds a day back pain gone arms noticeably bigger.
