dead hang was my entry point for my pullups.. 6 months ago not a single pullups i can do.. but dead hang ang pullup negative.. now i can do pullups from a deadhang position with controlled decend..

this made me 1 up to 2 inches taller after 6 months I ques and I don't feel any mid and lower back pains, I had a very bad posture because of office work and gaming. I notiched my hand and vinger strenght is stronger sinds i start hanging on the vinger timps not just hand palms, its very easy and you dont need to go for 2 hours in the gym

I enjoy deadhangs, I have trouble resisting an almost reflexive impulse to turn it into an active hang. Do you see any harm in that, as long as I relax back into a deadhang as soon as I notice?

Hey man nice video! I’ve been having some trouble with my right shoulder and have been doing deadhangs as well as pull-ups and other pulling movements. I read one article on deadhangs and it said I should keep my elbows slightly bent as a completely free deadhang will aggravate my shoulder. Is this true? If so I may have found out why my shoulder is so aggravated. Thanks!
