We need more influencers like this. So many people (myself included) get sucked into fitness with goals that don’t align with overall health and quality of life. The thing he does require less raw strength are way more impressive than benching 300 LBS

Aight gents update time:
1st exercise going on hard 3x10
And the leg curl is darn funny
If you're flexibel and you can manage without bands the balance with your legs and hips can be somewhat irritating starting out. But it works.

Also will add this to my no equipment upper body workout. Cheers mate

Aight 2nd day update (even though I skipped weekend cause we need the rest)

Abs time
120 Russian twist (I count em side to side)
20 x 2 bicycles
20 x 2 toe touches
1 minute legs and arm raised with core activated (dunno exercise name)
1 minute plank
2 sets h

funny thing i've noticed, stretching has actually helped me out a bit
it helps me feel better about my flexibility and myself in general. and it's helped me improve a lot of stuff and start breaking out of old habits and start thinking of further ways to improve myself
this channel is actually helping me out a lot! still a beginner to stretching and flexibility and all that but im not gonna let that stop me. gotta keep stayin flexy >:]

For the leg curls, put a towel under your knee, grab both sides, and push your leg straight away. Significantly higher resistance.
