And the leg curl is darn funny
If you're flexibel and you can manage without bands the balance with your legs and hips can be somewhat irritating starting out. But it works.
Also will add this to my no equipment upper body workout. Cheers mate

1 minute legs and arm raised with core activated (dunno exercise name)

funny thing i've noticed, stretching has actually helped me out a bit
it helps me feel better about my flexibility and myself in general. and it's helped me improve a lot of stuff and start breaking out of old habits and start thinking of further ways to improve myself
this channel is actually helping me out a lot! still a beginner to stretching and flexibility and all that but im not gonna let that stop me. gotta keep stayin flexy >:]
