Obviously, we dont "have to lift weights" to get resistance exercise. We can also do bodyweight exercises (and probably even isometric exercise) to meet the definition of "resistance exercise".

What about other exercise? If its not a comprehesive study then we dont know if weight training is crucial. Also, this result was found only in healthy middle aged women.

Ironically, the most muscular part of my body and the one I work out most consistently is my biceps. However, that is also the thinnest skin on my whole body. I’m 39 but it looks like tissue paper.

His skin is a couple shades darker from methylene blue and possibly L-tyrosine. It means he's living at peak peakness. His skin will look almost the same at 60.
