What I do for the jaw is do it straight, (or equally) down in a line. Try to leave more space for the neck and stuff, otherwise it's good!

Perspective is based on the focused angle your looking at imagine take a traingle amd observe it on different angles when you observe its different in structute postition but the same shape structure
ANATOMY
Anatomy is based on or related to medics only muscle and bone memorizing it is important to remember their shape you have to analyze the base struture of the human body into basic shapes
HOW TO DRAW A FACE
Drawing a face needs a guideline and one shape make a perfect shape circle or combine many circlee which is better then make a cross (not three dimensional) you can make the cross in different Angles

Here’s a tip, when you are drawing things like this, make sure you use the Loomis method so you can also figure out the jawline, other than that, this is a huge improvement!
