As a muslim ill try to be unbiased, in addition to these reasons, one very important underlying reason was that the crusader leaders got rich, and power and fortune became the main aim. Also, Alexios and the Byzantines help was needed but neither side wanted to help and benefit the other out of fear of ambition.
Plus Saladin, Nour Addin Zengi, and several other Muslim leaders had a great hand in weakening and then expelling the Crusader.

There were multiple reasons why they happened, and multiple reasons why they failed. History is rarely simple.

Because the Crusaders broke their oath to the Roman Emperor Alexios. No success for oathbreakers...

If the crusaders had kept working with the eastern Romans there was a chance to conquer all the way to the border of Egypt. problem was the western knights wanted there control over certain areas of former byzantine lands. Together they easily could have taken the levant

I belive it would important to emphasize how much crusader leader and kings actually not just didnt cooperate but also did alot of betraying and infighting to for reasons of greed.

He didn't mean that Saladin was underskilled, he meant 'under the leadership of skilled leaders like Saladin'

Most of the recruitments for the crusades was from the northern France. Even though the failure, imagine being able to establish kingdoms as far away as Middle East from France during medieval era. It’s still impressive

Long supply line and bad chemistry along the crusaders really costed their effort.

It took ages to get there and cost a fortune, they also found an enemy just as committed as they were. How they won any crusades at all is impressive.
