Yeah it can be carcinogenic, just eat it less burned. It can be found in many many roasted things too, but I reckon the levels are less than substantial since EU regulations don't flag coffee or such things as containing too much acrylamides.

Unless you walk with an umbrella at all times while walking to your car during the day (no one does), you will have far more carcinogenic exposure from the sun than any acrylamide from the occasional toast.
Being worried all the time is bad for your health-- look up generalized anxiety disorder's impact on lifespan and QoL.

Literally everything causes cancer including taking health advice from a random YouTube poster. Eat a variety of good food. Limit junk food and enjoy good cuisine. Drink lots of water. You'll be fine.
