There is little or nothing in the legal systems in the USA or any other developed Western nation that has anything to do with Biblical ideas about how to organize legislative and judicial systems. The ideal Biblical system seems to revolve around a king who makes laws, implements them, and who sits in judgment over them, which is exactly the kind of system that America's Founding Fathers rebelled against.

If the reason to have laws to protect human life is that we ourselves do not like to be murdered, then we don't need any divine justification for having laws to protect human life. This indicates that a morality that is as objective as it can humanly be does not come from the Bible, and does not come from any God.

The Biblical moral system is a theocracy. The first 4 commandments are about worshiping one particular God. In contrast, the US was set up to not respect any establishment of religion. They couldn't be more opposite.
