I'm not going to lie man, this channel boosts my self confidence everytime.
I used to be really self conscious about not being flexy/muscular enough, but your videos always make me remember that usable≠visible, and that as long as I'm trying my best, it's alright.

I used to think I was grossly overweight and did some incredibly unhealthy things to try and lose fat. Turns out my opera training was giving me abs, which gives me a big belly when relaxed. I'm now proud of my belly, knowing it has a lot of strength. For me, one cannot see my abs, but if I tense them, one can feel them. And they are rock solid. Just thought I'd put that out there, for people. 😊

I used to have eqting disorder and sped 6 fays a week in gym. Now i eat healthy but sensible and do yoga
Yoga made me so much stronger.

I just learned to do the toes-to-bar exercise and it feels incredible to be able to do that. I lost over 100 lbs starting at almost 300 over the course of 1 year. I wasn‘t even able to stand up from the ground by myself. Life just feels so different now. I enjoy trying out new movements and challenge myself every single day to push myself further. Next step is to learn the human flag
