soma o primeiro termo com o ultimo e multiplicar pela quantidade de termos divido por 2 (isso, quanto a quantidade é par!). exemplo: 6? = 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 + 1 = 7 * (6/2) = 7 * 3 = 21.

e se for impar, reserva o valor do primeiro termo e depois soma com o resultado da operação abaixo. exemplo: 7? = ... 21 + 7 = 28.

pode ser feito assim tambem:
n? = n * (n+1) / 2
exemplo:
6 * 7 = 42 / 2 = 21
dessa forma, não é preciso se preocupar com a paridade!
exemplo:
7 * 8 = 56 / 2 = 28
