Ok so my 2 teenage sisters in law shared a bathroom with my fiancé before he moved out and their bloody products are always on display in the trash. I think it should be common courtesy to at least wrap them in toilet paper or bury them in the trash, but those boys need to grow up. She shouldn’t have to use her products somewhere else just because he won’t teach his sons better.

Yes, she should wrap them up in toilet paper but all these comments are just saying that they should suck it up.
They should feel comfortable in their own home. From what I heard said is they Felt uncomfortable none of them said for her to stop having her period . They just said that it’s a uncomfortable.
Hate to say this, but you were saying oh this is fine. Why can’t you just live with us skidmarks????????

I am female and flush them down the toilet but my country has good pipes in general. Many countries don’t have good pipes. When I lived in England for a year I had to throw them in the bin. But it’s an easy fix. Just don’t look into the bin and if your sons are not capable of this then get a different bin.

I never used tampons but I was under the impression that they're flushable. How would you wrap a tampon in toilet paper without it "bleeding" through? Maybe on light days it wouldn't, but on heavier days? Pads generally come individually wrapped so I would wrap the used pad in that wrapper. Even as a woman I wouldn't want to see an unwrapped product sitting in the bin.
They should get one of those bins with the swinging lids so she can dispose her products and the boys don't need to see them. Win-win for both sides.

She should find some wY to disguise it so it's not on show. I always wrap mine in something. I don't think he's completely an ah cos even I would be uncomfortable if I had to see someone else's in a shared bin. I'm in a house with 3 other women 1 man. I wrap in tissue and in the wrapper my pads come in before putting them and burying them under other rubbish I won't even share the bin the other girls use as it's not a bin I would like to empty myself and they only empty it when it's full. I use nappy nags or even the black dog 💩 bags, whatever I find on offer if I need to change when I'm out. Maybe that makes me an ah for feeling uncomfortable about it myself, but that's me. And I personally wouldn't want to be a cleaner in a public toilet and have to change those bins and see all that on a regular basis.
I like to go to Turkey, unfortunately not that most of the tourists seem to listen, you shouldn't even flush toilet paper down the toilet. I try not to need to use a bathroom when out. I comply in the hotel, but I don't think its fair on the cleaners and I change the bags myself before the cleaners come in. They usually realise I do that job for them and they leave an extra rubbish bag on top of the bathroom bin before they leave ready for the next day

Ngl his sons need to get a grip. It's not unreasonable for them to be uncomfortable but it's not like it's all up in their face ALL THE TIME. Is it so hard for the dad to just buy a small, separate bin for her period products? It's not costly, not bad for the environment, EVERYONE'S HAPPY
