Great video and recipe as always!! I appreciate you so much speaking about the protein powder. I’ve never bought it because it seems processed and unhealthy. But I like how you explained it in this video. I will read about the different ones you mentioned and check out the ones you linked . I trust your judgement!

Looks good I'm excited to tell you that I tried and loved the cottage cheese on toast of course I ran out of the sour dough bread however the store did have an oat bread Arnold brand which was good as well. I also tried and loved cottage cheese mixed with low sugar smuckers strawberry jam ❤ finally I shared your idea and name with the diabetes education class that I attend thanks again be blessed!!

1/4 cup 20 grams rolled oats
1 frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*Optional: 1 scoop about 28 grams vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Add oats to a blender and blend for 10 seconds or until the oats are broken down to a powder.
Add the frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and cinnamon to the blender. If using protein powder, add this in as well.
Blend for 30 seconds or until everything is well combined and you have a thick and creamy oatmeal smoothie. Serve and enjoy.
