Gulab jamun Recipe:-
2 packs - Daily Gulab jamun Instant mix , (350g)
1/4 cup water,
Knead well..
Roll into small balls.
Fry for Mr. Gold Refined Sunflower Oil,
Sugar Syrup:-
6 1/4 cup Sugar,(1600g)
8 cup water (1600ml),
6 Cardamom crushed,
Boil until the syrup is consistent and cool it.
After it cools down, fry it in the syrup and soak the Gulab jamun balls for 5 to 6 hours...
Then garnish the dessert and serve...
