......ive seen emergancy personel full on yell in someones face to move their ass when they were blocking the way. They are completely allowed to do so and if that dude had actually tried to file a complaint he would have been charged on the spot for admitting to impeeding emergency personel

Her yelling at someone, loudly berating, whatever, none of that sbit is against the law, and I promise you 100% no emergency worker, no police captain, no internal affairs office, would give this complaint more than a cursory glance before tossing it into the trash. I promise you, if you get in the actual way if a medical worker doing their job, someone will likely violently force you away from the situation, and every judge in the county would consider it justice

The thing is, if the guy was in the way and was distracting them from doing their job, yelling at them to move, then they have every right to demand for him to stop and use common sense. No lawyer would agree to take up a case to try and sue them when the person is clearly in the wrong whereas the law is considered.

Side rant, that's not how appendix happen. My appendix started acting up over a week before I was hospitalized, I was puking up everything I ate and in active pain. After a week, I went to the hospital and had a CAT scan done and I was rushed into emergency surgery because if your appendix bursts inside you, it cam cause a serious infection or can just straight up kill you.
