If the mirror light is actually cool toned/blueish, it is actually bad to use just before bed. Our brains respond to blue light to adjust our sleep schedules/circadian rhythms so we are more awake during the daytime. Warm toned lights are better at night, as well as using apps or glasses that block/reduce blue light emitted by screens. I was told this by a sleep specialist doctor. I know it looks good for the video and is very aesthetic, but in your actual nightly routine you may find you sleep better if you don't turn on the mirror light 😊
