Caleb heard the pizza man knocking. With excitement, he walks down. "Ayo, the pizza' here.". As he is about to walk down the stairs, with the lack of concentration and cautiousness, he tripped, breaking his ankle. He shouted before he fell down; "WOAH! NIGGA!". He screamed in pain as he was falling down. When Caleb fell, he was left on the floor, completely helpless. He indeed broke his entire bottom part of the leg. He was in so much pain, he couldn't do anything. With struggle, he said "Oh, my ears burn..." Caleb has never felt so dreadful. He fell into unconsciousness, as the pizza man was knocking. "Hello? Hello?" he had to walk in after a couple of minutes. It turns out the door wasn't locked. He found the poor man, laying on the floor. "Sir! Oh my god, are you okay?" The pizza man called the ambulance. Help arrived after some time. Caleb was on the stretcher, and he was brought to the hospital with caution. Caleb woke up. He cried to himself: "I just wanted some pizza.".
Moral:
Even when doing one of the simplest things, such as walking, be careful. You may never know the consequences.

The average viewer would never expect that to happen, and that is what makes this action so humorous. But the comical climax of the video happens, when CalebCity says "my ears burn" in pain.
