You may feel weird buying a baby food pouch to use for an older toddler or kid but you simply can’t beat the smooth texture when you’re trying to seamlessly blend it in with another food. I didn’t use the full ramen seasoning packet because of adding the bone broth and you can’t taste the veggies at all (I did about half the pouch)!
This broccoli carrot one worked really well since the color matched the broth and the flavor is mild. (There’s other pouches I prefer when you’re just serving them on their own to a baby like cerebelly and once upon a farm!)

I find when kids don't like something it's usually because they don't like the taste or texture. Maybe you should cook better and they willingly eat their veggies.
