For anyone wondering, this is way overkill. Just put a campfire and some lanterns and you'll be fine assuming you have the right gear for the boss

Everything great about this vid except the actual structure setup of the arena. This was probably just a quick demonstration , but a tip I recommend is making ur arena at least a lil bigger than ur zoomed out view . And for the height in between each platform level. Make it double the reach of ur vertical block placement range . This is very crucial in expert and master because more space allows for better movement during boss fights. You can even make the gap in between each platform level really big , which is also very effective due to the fact that u can fly around more easily and circle around certain bosses such as skeleton prime or plantera.

If you really want to go the extra step place peace candles you might not know but they give a passive 5% extra chance to crit also you don’t need that many heart lanterns or campfires

you can also get a peace candle, and if you want you can get a cannon from the pirate to do big damage when you need it, and if you really wanna be overkill, get all the traps from the temple and have them repeatedly fire when ur fighting bosses or even invasions

Yo honestly I put Banners at the button of the floor of every type to also help with mob boost also a lava pit with a open and close level. I also do put camp fires and heart lanterns and a few star lanterns as well as sharpness table, the pet thing, crystal ball and ammo thingy as well. Ngl tho I never thought of the other things you've added

Depending on what boss you're fighting you can further improve your arena. For example against Plantera you can modify the walls to capture the spiky balls and make it so they don't swarm the bottom part of your arena

When I started on mobile I turned my arena in a vault. I had lizard traps all around my lizard block hut. 1 tic timer for traps and a heart+mana statue in a honey pit. Had a teleporter below me tping mobs into a lava pit. Always worked well for most bosses/events with a shadow Scythe. Added some mob statues too so I could infinity kill them with a pumpkin sword

Tip: You can also use a bast statue found in underground desert biomes to get an extra 5+ defence

Tip for newer players: where to find these items
Your will need only 2 or 3 heart lanterns and campfires which you craft with heart crystals and torches
Sunflowers can purchased from the dryad and honey is obtained from hives in the jungle (just don’t break the larva!)
Bewitching tables, crystal balls, sharpening stations, and ammo boxes are all class specific, check the weapon damage types and you see if it’s for melee, ranged, summoning, or magic. The wiki could be able to tell you what they do for you and where to find them

Campfires and heartlanterns have 81 tiles of effective range for each side and 50 tiles vertically speaking, you could have done a way larger arena, or more arenas (Sorry for the bad english btw)
