@manaforthesoul This is our version of Korean fried cauliflower bites, and you can thank me now because they are that good! You can even air fry them to have a healthier version. Regardless of how you make it, it's not going to last long.

Oil for frying or Air fry
I would recommend the double fry to get the extra crisp. Air fryers don't give the same results but still taste good. If air frying make sure to line with parchment paper and set temp to 375° for 20 mins ( 10 mins a side )
Mix together batter ingredients in a bowl and add cauliflower pieces. Toss until well incorporated. (You may air fry these as well) Heat up cooking oil to 350° and cook cauliflower for about 3-4 mins or till lightly golden brown. Next, place on a napkin to take off any excess oil. After all the pieces have been fried, turn up the heat to 380°, add pieces back into oil, and double fry for 2 mins ( this will get them extra crispy). Drain on a napkin and set aside while you make the sauce. In a pan, heat up olive oil, add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 mins and then add all remaining ingredients. Cook till the sauce is thick. Now toss the cauliflower pieces in the sauce. And that's it! Garnish with fresh chives and sesame seeds!
