Actually, you did a great job. I’d say 5 for 5. Great short.
I’d suggest that you do not call a 2d generation (44 S&W) Colt Frontier a SAA (45 Colt) though.
The 1873 Winchester, the Colt SAA, and the SxS ARE/WERE the best “Cowboy” guns. After 1875, the S&W Model 3 “Schofield” would also qualify. After 1870, the S&W Model 3 “Russian” would also.
The Remington 41 Rimfire derringer was very popular; but, seriously underpowered.
You can never go wrong with the Colt 1860 Army; or Remington New Army … or their Rimfire conversions (modern conversions have larger cylinders to accommodate the 45 Colt cases). They still work.
I’d have the 1876 “Centennial” as Honorable Mention in 45-60 WCF.

hate to disagree with you but the most common guns in the old west were old civil war era guns. Most cowboys couldn't afford the Colt 1873 SAA, cost between $16 and $32 depending on accoutrements.Average wage was $6to $8 a month. Spencers were quite common, modified Sharpe's rifles. The Trapdoor Springfield was actually the most common, some muzzle Loaders we're still prevalent. There was just as just as many varieties then as there are today. The Trapdoor Springfield was so common because it was what the US army was armed with. I personally think you've been watching too many old western. Because every weapon you mentioned were supplied to Hollywood by Colt and Winchester.
