This is the Stick of Second Chances, the most overpowered item in Bedwars. What it does is it pretty much saves you by giving you invulnerability and regeneration for 5 seconds when you are about to die. What this means is that you can run away without ever getting hit in the 5 second time frame. There is one downside though. It's that you cannot hit anybody. This is not that all bad because you can actually still break blocks, meaning that you can break their bed for free without them hitting you at all. No knockback no nothing. There are weaknesses though like how it won't save you if you fall into void and if you have two sticks or more in your inventory, only one will activate but besides that this is still extremely broken. Now, the Stick of Second Chances is only in the gamemode called "Underworld" which I will cover more on a video next week.
