I truly believe that one day this information will become the new norm and the new common knowledge in the way that the cholesterol fear and myth is the current common "knowledge" now and has been for so long, and eventually "cholesterol being a bad thing" will be a thing of the past. It could be 5-10 years from now, but the more this information gets out there, the more people are gonna see just how much the actual science of cholesterol makes sense and just how much the human body knows what to do when either fasting or being given a species-appropriate diet. Thank you Dr Chaffee for continuing to be a voice of reason and sharing the science of cholesterol in a way that layfolks can understand.

The biggest issue so far for me going Carnivore is the weight literally dropping off weight I don't need to lose I'm 5"11 and weigh 11.5 stone the same weight I've held since secondary school I've always been fit and healthy and played sports I'm just a week into Carnivore and I'm sitting just above 11 stone. I've been fasting for the past couple of years and normally would aim for 18hr fast minimum before having a 4 HR eating window. My sleep has been so much better the past week I'm waking up feeling refreshed which hasn't been the case for years and my hunger isn't really there anymore I can sustain my fast easily now and am pretty much going 24hrs between meals looking forward to seeing how I feel in 6 months. Weight loss is my only issue id rather be gaining some weight not losing it and Steak, Scrambled Eggs everyday becomes a little tedious I look forward to the meal but it feels very samey.
Thank you for the work you do Doc learning alot from your YouTube channel.

Agreed, great explanation. Glad to see so many Dr's on this. I got on this back in 2010 when I came of a 25-year addiction to opiates from multiple lumbar surgeries. Keto got me from on the brink of death to now having amazing blood wood. My free t4 is well over 600 naturally now and I'm almost 50. Diet and exercise is key. 90% of the food at our grocery stores now days should nit be eaten if you wanna be healthy. Especially the fresh produce! Yup. ❤ the channel. Always great easily digestible information. I send a lot of these videos to friends and family to better explain health topics.

Day 90 carnivore, I haven't been perfect with it but I've lost 20+ pounds, off my BP and asthma meds, and no more allergies! Just had my BP checked this morning, 110\80! Better sleep more energy no more brain fog etc.. I'm just gonna keep going!
