That's exactly what I've just started doing. I have two huge bins full of Lego sets that are all in pieces. It's hard work to find all the pieces to rebuild them. Good luck!

im lucky enough to have most of the hobbit sets and lotr sets built sense 2012-2013 and i still think they are my favorites cant wait to build my rivendell!!!

What I recommend for a situation like this is sort the pieces by color and subdivided by piece type, get the old instruction booklets and get the parts needed off the list from the back of the booklet … Good Luck

I think I can speak for most of us if I say that we all had this experience with Legos. Bought em played with them. Then sold or stored away and now coming back to it.
