I do three days a week (pretty intense workouts on those days, usually a plyo workout one day, an endurance and agility workout, and a core and leg .. still plyo based). On the four days I don’t workout like that, I walk each day, I do some repair and recovery and I just allow my body to heal. I’ve never had better results in my entire life!

😮😅Thanks for this message. Pre baby I could workout 4 to 5 even 6 days a week. Once I became a mother...no chance. Im still struggling a decade later. No matter what i havent got the energy for 6 days a week. Im now 52 and exhausted with final stage perimenopause. Im going to cuy back to 3 days and see what happen
