I've been working with event companies and recently went on tour with Lucky Boat Noodles. It's been a great experience, and the noodles are delicious! While I usually prefer Indian food over Chinese, these noodles are top-notch. They're the same noodles used in Chinese restaurants and takeaways across the UK. I'm cooking them in stores now because they’ve launched smaller boxes, making them perfect for home cooking instead of just big restaurant packs. The red box is the thick noodles which are good for stir fry. The blue box are thin noodles which is great for soups. The noodles are made in Manchester UK.

The sauces been using are light and dark soy sauce with oyster sauce. (I'm using the Amoy stuff but amazon doesn't have a bundle on them so here is a similar one)

1. You boil the water, leave them in the boiled water with a lid on the pan, with the job off. 5 minutes later perfect textured noodles.
2.Chop and cook veg on a low heat in a pan with the lid on, slow is pro! Then once they're cooked add the 3 sauces in mix them around then add the noodles.
3. Drizzle with sesame seed oil.
