This is so clever. There is just my husband and I so everytime I want to make a cake I end up with way too much and no one else to share it with. I was eyeballing lunch cakes for a while and this mold method looks so great. The fact that you can trim the top directly into the mold is incredible as it ensures a perfect leveled cake everytime. I am SOLD lol.

The rounded tops frost one side upside down and then top with another topβ¦.BOOM! Best cookie every time great warm or cold. Or just butter and enjoy a treat that makes baking worth it! Enjoy!

Now thats a great tip. People think cake takes a certain amount of "time" when it depends on how much batter you are using, and the type of mold...

I use that mold to cook eggs when I make multiple egg breakfast sandwiches π

You could also cut out little parchment circles and place them in the mold before filling. It helps the cake come out without the bottom of it sticking.

When I grow up and have kids, Iβm just gonna have a day of the week where I bake a bunch of these, and put in the time to decorate them and put them in the lunchboxes and for occasional snacks. I really want to give my kid a good life, and spoil them a bit so that itβs different from how it was growing up for me.
