I think this is the first time i saw zoom win in a "zoom vs savitar" type video

Savitar does win here, because he has the same speed as at least season 4 Flash, as it's mentioned that he went up against Thinker. Zoom was defeated by season 2 Barry, who even defeated a Zoom time remnant several episodes before. Iris not only managing to shoot a kill shot on a speedster of that caliber while in motion, but not managing to hit Barry while doing so is BS.
However, character-wise Zoom is the best main villain in my opinion. (RF fell off hard in season 8 & Savitar's motives are muddled at best.)
