For Cooking Rice
Rice 3 cup/750gm
Ghee/Oil 2 tbs
Hot Water 4 ½ cup
Dry lemon slice 3 slices
Maggie Chicken cube 2 nos
Cloves 2 nos
Cinnamon stick 1 small piece
Funnel seed ½ tsp
Big elaichi 1 nos
Salt to taste
Method:
In a pressure cooker add all the above ingredients and close it and cook for 1 whistle in a medium flame.
For Masala:
Prawns (cleaned and washed ) 750gm
Coriander powder 2 tbs
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Fish masala (optional) 1 tsp
Fried brown onion 1 ½ cup
Onion thinly sliced 2 big onion
Tomatoes 2 big size
Green chilli 4 nos
Ginger CRUSHED 1 inch piece
Garlic 1 pod
Dry fried coconut 1 cup
Salt to taste

For toping :
Fried brown onion 1/2 cup
Rose water 1 tbs
Food color 12 tbs
Biryani masala 1 tbs
Method:
In a pan add ¼ cup oil, when oil is hot then add onion when it become pink in color add crushed ginger /garlic/green chilli and let it cook till raw smell go then add chopped tomatoes and cook them nicely then add all dry masalas and let them cook for 5-6 mts then add 1 cup brown onion and mix it well then add cleaned and washed prawns into it and mix it well and cover it and cook it well for 10mts. then add coconut paste (dry fried coconut and grinded it adding little water into it) mix it and cook it for 5-6 mts till the raw smell of coconut paste go away. Now prawns masala is ready and now add cooked rice on top of it layer by layer. On top of rice add little rose water, food colour, sprinkle little biryani masala and keep for dum in low flame for 10mts.
Prawns Biryani is ready very easy and simple to make.
