You exposed the bolt? The bolt head was never not exposed, it was just stripped. All you needed to do was get the right tool on the head & remove it. You said "I could not get this out". Get what out? You're not showing the "this". The "this" is the bolt & all you had to do was to get a socket on there that is intended for stripped fasteners. They make them & they use them on these applications. Mechanic for 40 years. I would not be showing how I had to destroy a part with a hammer & chisel because of my inability to remove a stubborn fastener. It shows a complete lack of professionalism. If you can't deal with properly removing fasteners & have to resort to destroying parts in the process you shouldn't be a mechanic.
