Let’s normalise working out with the purpose of feeling good & improving our mental health generally. Of course, consistent exercise will change our bodies for the better but we don’t just exercise to get a fitness model body, bigger bum or abs.

As a mum of 2 and a woman who will turn 51 in a few months I am DONE with pressure to make my body look a certain way & my main aim is to feel good and find a fitness plan that makes me strong, healthy and happy without adding any extra pressure or stress to my already BUSY life!
