Nurses do not get enough credit so often! I had my daughter during covid and my partner was my "support" person and not much support. My nurses were the biggest support. They cried with me, asked my story, and told me they were proud of me. I will never forget the nurse that put her forehead against mine as i shook and cried getting my epidural and talked me through breathing and told me "you can do this!"

She knew she had more work than just taking care of you two.
She knew a mother was going to be robbed of firsts and she wasn't going to stand by and allow it to happen.
Some of these nurses really do find their calling in this profession.
It's so much more than what we only see.
They go above and beyond, daily.

Thank God you are both OK. The hospital staff did all the right things but that NURSE, a standout! My daughter is an RN and she is βone of THOSE nurses! Heaven sent directly to her patients!

I really appreciate the nurse who was there with me the whole time during labor and delivery. She even chose to stay and get off work late to help deliver my baby. Thank you for all the nurses out there helping people!
