I got this neoprene sauna suit in XS and it fits perfectly, there is no more room in this shirt thing, I have zipped it all up. This is perfect for my morning workouts. It is form fitting and stays in one place and it helps tighten and tone the midsection while I'm working out. It helps build up some heat while I'm working out to produce more sweat and in turn lose more weight and become more fit and toned. By wearing this top I am helping to burn fat by producing thermal heat and preserving body heat during my morning workouts. Its soft and stretchy and although I am zipped up without anymore room I can still breath and its kind of like a really comforting hug. Its nice that it is so solid and secure in the chest area, it keeps everything in place without the ladies bouncing around getting in the way.
