-slight arch and brace if set is going to get heavy
-grab the bar real hard, no suicide grip
-wrist somewhat straight similar to a punch you might throw. you don´t punch with bend wrists so why benching with bend ones?
-squeeze shoulder blades together
-have the ellbows to a somewhat 45° angle to your chest during the lift
-touch the chest right below nipple line (idk if that is the same for women too)

so according to your video you might want to grab the bar a bit more narrow and tuck the ellbows more in.
